The location of the hotel is great. The staff were extremely friendly. Pool is awesome. Only complaint is that the rooms were not very up-kept and clean. Carpet had many stains, showers were rusty, ect.

NO AC UPSTAIRS. These units have only one AC unit mounted on the wall downstairs. There is zero air conditioning or air flow upstairs. It’s unbearably hot and musty. It’s like you’re sleeping in an attic. If you’re a hot sleeper, suffer from allergies, or asthma — definitely do not stay here. We woke up multiple times a night with bloodshot eyes and sinus issues. Totally unacceptable. I reached out to Legacy Vacation Resorts through Airbnb and they have offered zero help

Very good customer service. If I ever stay in steamboat again I will be staying here due to the customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms thanks again to the staff

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. We were so unhappy with the condition of the hotel and the lack of basic service that we ultimately left three nights early, even though we had already paid for our stay. On top of that, we were still charged a non-refundable “resort fee,” which felt especially frustrating given the condition of the property and the lack of amenities and service provided.
