Very helpful extended my stay and keeping me in the same room despite error on my hand, excellent accommodation
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a reservation for two nights and checked out the same night that I checked in and the hotel would not give me a partial refund. Totally unacceptable as there we literally 2 cars in the parking lot. Building is old and you will know as soon as you pull up that the pictures are very deceiving. Stick with the known hotels in town.
Let me start by saying the view will take your breath away. Spent my spring break here and the service was exceptional, friendly staff–check in was easy and seamless. The resort is clean, cozy and fresh. My room was spacious with modern/vintage finishes. The view of the hills from my room reminded me of when I was younger and use to go hiking with my dad. It was my first time staying there and i am definately going back...the staff was warm and friendly especially Kemore was very attentive to us , i appreciate the great service.
