RecommendedThe staff were nice and the room was decent and clean but! And I mean but.... The room we got was a connecting room and they told me that it was a hotel suite but it was just a small room that was connected to the other suite. The only thing that was separating us was two locked doors. Which by the way the main reason why I didn’t like this place. The people that was checked in next door was very loud. We can talk to them through that door because we can hear everything they say and do. I tried to talk to them in a nice way ... read more
My family loves this place. Always helpful and nice staff. Clean rooms and nice pools. We go back every year!!!!
It was the worst place we ever stay. It was outdated, the a/c in our unit doesn't work !!!! And to make worst they have a security guard that was nasty and with a bad attitude!!! I won't recommended this resort !!!!
Excellent place and excellent customer service! We are staying in a one bedroom resort loaded with kitchen washer and dryer and more! Definitely the place to be when you are on your vacations! Close by all restaurant's, theme parks atraccions and more!
Great place! We had a few requests and all were met! The staff is incredibly friendly and the location is perfect. A few reviews weren’t great so I’ll admit I was slightly nervous, but I have no idea what they were talking about. No complaints at all!! I will definitely be back.
We are club members and have no regrets. The staff treat us like family. Every time we go it’s better than the previous. Thank you Legacy!
