Here now and we don't have hot water in the room. Called the front desk and there's nobody but security and unfortunately they can't resolve the issue because it's after 10... There's also only 2 towels for 4 people and we clearly booked for 4. But then again we also expected a room with hot water for $330 a night plus whatever taxes and resort fee.

I’ve been an owner of this timeshare for over 25 years… Been coming down every year love the location.. since I’m an owner, I have to book this location a year and advance, which I always do every year. There are certain request that we ask and put in, such as a second floor units which they always tell us to put them in advance. Which we do. Absolutely wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious, staff goes out of their way to help. The pool is kept immaculate. It's a 5 minute walk across street to beach. Entire Indian Shores is clean and a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation!!
