Nathaniel and Stephon were great:) refinanced a vehicle through legacy and conveniently was in the area for work about a week after we finalized everything and stopped in for a chat. (I don't live in the Vancouver area) Nathaniel paid for my gas for my return trip. Very appreciative and felt respected while I was there.
Be careful shopping online because if you’re not happy with the vehicle they will just blow you off afterwards even though they say they have a 7 day exchange policy because you don’t actually get to see the vehicle before you purchase it, they do not follow through with their promises and it’s all of a sudden a huge problem to get into a vehicle that actually suits your family or lifestyle.
Please choose this dealer if you are in need of a car and ask for Doug!! The entire team is fantastic. We got our dream cars and a dream deal. Will use them again any time we need to purchase a vehicle. Doug was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked hard to help us, and we are forever grateful
