They are really gentle and nice. The terrible part is: they will make you buy a lot of useless things, and they insist that it is a requirement from the bank. Some one called me from them and asked if I am interneesto reduce my finance rate. I told them I bought the car in cash, so I don't need it, but they asked me if I am interested in changing my car, and I said I may, as my current car is a Dieseland I don't like it. He tried to get some information and a budget for the car I wanted. I told him I was out of town and unsure if I wanted to do it, but he could send me some information regarding the Ford Transit. This dealership is dishonest and will say anything to make their deal go through and then curveball you. They lack the communication for anything important. They do shady deals. Don't be fooled by this dealership.
