Trust the other 1 star reviews. Their financing team are just scammers. They called me in to help me lower my interest rate by a refinance for a vehicle that I leased for 7 years. I had already done 1 year payments when I went in to check what they were offering. At first it seemed I was saving money from what they said. But as I told them I'll go home, look at the numbers through and give them a call back, they started pushing me to sign the papers. Caution. Avoid this place🤬🤬. They are acting like scammers. They just want you to sign the agreement very fast without going through it. They will make all kind of promises to stimulate you. Once that is gone the will become so unfriendly, disrespectful and even aggressive on phone.
Got my civic from this dealership. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Paul, Pal and Mike. They made my buying experience easy. I recommend this car dealer
Worst place ever. It's really nice when you talk to someone there and then they are abusive to you.
So I would not recommend this dealership, they have not kept to there standards and there promise, they have lied over and over, now this vehicle that my son and I purchased 2023 Kai Rio, less the 4 months transmission blows up, so was this vehicle properly inspected, like they say it was on paper, and make you sign. NO..... SO before you purchase vehicle take it to get it serviced properly, not one of there place they recommend So now we going to see if we can trade it in for different vehicle before something else happens
