To the owner of Legacy Cars, I am hoping you fellow through on the first agreement......I updating my previous review, to three star now, just blows me away how dealerships run their businesses, they are your best friend when you looking into getting a new vehicle, communication is great they do everything to get deal done, after the deal is done nobody calls texts to see how the vehicle is etc...., I have only received couple call from the financing company ask how the vehicle is etc... get communication there, From the pre... read more
This is only a low rating for now, Hopefully they fellow through on their promises and start communicating that's all am asking, yes I can understand dealership get busy, communication is good business. when you looking for vehicle they help promises stuff just to get you into vehicle, communication is ok, until the deal is done and signed the lack of communication is gone completely, I try communication text emails nothing, I consider this poor business, before deal is done I wanted in writing before deal can be done so it ... read more
My son bought his first car here and it couldn’t be better. We didn’t need to negotiate because Adolfo was really excellent emphasizing, professional, helpful and cordial. I recommend to anyone that needs a good vehicle with fair price and trustworthy service.
