Horrible. Waited in a ROOM for over an hour, and overheard staff outside the door say “this room is empty” while I was definitely inside. Nurse drew my blood, hit a nerve, and it was excruciatingly painful. My arm is still messed up and I still feel a zap every time I extend it. Do NOT get bloodwork done at the urgent care, just go to LabCorp on the other side.
was told we dont take appointments, then go in and hear people having appointments. so many conflicting issues, but if you want to feel like your dumb come here. Asked if I thought my open would was infected and on leaving just given medical supplies to wrap my self up.
I've been there twice, got in quickly, everyone was nice, however this last time (day before yesterday) with a left arm injury. they took an xray and she said she didn't see any breaks or dislocation but the radiologist will check. They didn't seem to take the pain I was in seriously, believe me it's excruciating. Then they thought it was okay for me to wait 2 weeks for an MRI so we could know what was causing it.
