I've been there twice, got in quickly, everyone was nice, however this last time (day before yesterday) with a left arm injury. they took an xray and she said she didn't see any breaks or dislocation but the radiologist will check. They didn't seem to take the pain I was in seriously, believe me it's excruciating. Then they thought it was okay for me to wait 2 weeks for an MRI so we could know what was causing it. The two women who run the check-in really need to learn some customer service skills and stop acting bothered when asked a question. Everyone else was professional.
Daisy and Deborah were exceptional!! The care and concern I got was top notch. I cut my finger width wise, across the knuckle and needed stitches I had anxiety attacks and they helped me through. I will go back here again if needed and will recommend them to everyone, so much better than the rudeness of BestMed. Thank you Legacy, between the care and ease of checking in, I felt cared for!
