Can't say enough GREAT things about the staff at LGSH. My partner has an autoimmune disorder that puts him inpatient on a regular basis for weeks at a time. From the ER staff to the X-ray Techs, endoscopy team all the way to the CNA's and housekeeping staff, there has been nothing but professionalism and respect, month after month.

Our Dad was brought to Hopewell House yesterday morning, and as we walked into a warm and home-like atmosphere, we were greeted with a loving smile and hugs. Christine and Susan were very helpful with informing us of next steps. Lorna was fantastic, cleaning and shaving Dad, he was Navy, so looking his best was important. Dad was provided with compassionate and comforting care, and all our thanks goes to Doug the amazing RN, upon Dad's passing last night, he was relaxed and free of pain. Misdiagnosis – My husband was dehydrated and had a high fever. The doctor acknowledged his white blood cell count was high and he had an infection. They gave him fluids and ibuprofen to bring down fever but no antibiotics after I asked for my husband to receive them. When being discharged it was obvious to us that the doctor confused him with another patient that had different symptoms. What a waste of over $1,000. out of pocket. Two days later his symptoms had worsened and we had to go to Zoom Care (even more out of pocket)... read more

Dr. Hays Rules! – Dr. Hays has helped me stay in really good health for the past year. He's a wonderful doctor and his his assistant, Connie, is superb! The practice is really accessible, and I have never had to wait in the office more than a few minutes. Another great thing is that they use secure email servers to relay important health info to patients electronically. I also love their standard phone greeting: "Hi! This is [person]! How may I make your day easier?" Great place! Highly recommend!

Still Recovering from 4SE – My one-star rating is for unit 4SE, the inpatient behavioral health, or "psych" unit. I was there recently for depression. Having also been hospitalized at both Providence and St. Vincent, I can tell you the treatment at Good Sam. is vastly inferior. At the latter there is an overarching attitude of disdain for patients. Salmon Creek Family Practice – DONT HESITATE TO CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! You need an appointment and you are sick, you dont want to wait a week ! Here there is always space on their schedule to fit you in. When you need it!!! They are caring, polite, considerate and excellent physicians. They have a great way with kids and all the staff are pleasant.
