Updated review: Management and maintenance are very responsive and communicate effectively. All of my maintenance requests have always been fulfilled same day or within a couple days of making request. Management is very quick to communicate to residents of amenity closures/changes as well as communicate of upcoming resident events. The management has also updated some of the amenities while I have been here which is nice as well. They filled in the hottub with concrete bruh
I moved to the Legacy in April 2025 and I have to say "it is been very positive for me", I can`t say anything negative with living here. The layout of my apartment is very roomy, and I have not had any issues with noise. The community itself is very clean and laid back, the office staff is very helpful, caring and professional. Overall I love living here and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new apartment home that is well maintained and located in a great locations
The construction around here is getting really annoying. My apartment literally shakes during the day and I work from home. Also random loud bangs and noises are very distracting. The worst part is this construction will only continue to get worse.
