This complex used to be a decent place to live, but BOY did they go downhill during the two years that I was there. There is absolutely no enforcement when it comes to cleaning up after pets, so expect to be stepping in dog waste everywhere you go. And speaking of enforcement, there is also no enforcement when it comes to noise. I was stuck with noisy neighbors on both sides of me and above who blasted music and stomped around like they had cinder blocks for shoes. Thank you for your response.simply acknowledging the problem without offering any potential solutions isn’t very helpful. Are there any steps management can take to help regulate temperatures better? I’d appreciate a more proactive approach to improving the living experience here.” We pay full price but still can’t enjoy my ac or my heat specially the fact I have a newborn and it gets so hot or so cold at night in addition to my $450 electric bill!!
Overall, I like living here, but for the price ($2000+ for a townhome), I expected fewer issues. The biggest problems for me are the uneven heating—upstairs is always too hot while downstairs stays too cold—and the fact that I can’t use my grill, which feels restrictive for a place at this price point and specially, the fact that we weren’t warned about this when we applied. The complex has some good aspects, but these issues definitely take away from the experience. Hoping management can improve things!”
We love our floor plan and anything we mentioned upon move it that needed touched up was fixed within the first week. No matter how little of a thing, they were fast bringing it or fixing it. Great so far!
