Great Property Maintenance and front office staff is great. I like how every building has a unique outside look and there were a lot of floor plans to choose from! Dog park is also a nice perk to the apartment living here.
Going downhill This facility has great floorplans! However, it lacks the resident events seen in other facilities and the upkeep is poor.
Legacy Towns and Flats Great place to live The staff is friendly and very personable. I love the residents events and diverse culture.
Love it! I currently live in phase II. Very spacious, open floor plan. New appliances, wood floors, raised ceilings. Large bathroom and closet. Attached garage. The noise insulation isn't the best and sometimes I can hear the neighbors above moving around. No big deal though. The trash collection area is a long walk from my unit so I normally load the trash in my car and drive it over. Overall, this is a great place with friendly office staff and excellent amenities on the phase 1 side.
Legacy Towns & Flats This community is perfect because it is in a safe area but also close to many activities. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend Legacy towns and flats.
