I recently sold my house yay right. Well it was until Legacy Title got a hold of it. Because of their lack of due diligence I'm out $4,500. They did not get an updated payoff for my mortgage and 2 days before closing the insurance part of my mortgage company paid my homeowners insurance. Now I have to wait for my insurance company to Get the money (as they haven't received it) then process an over payment. Before I will get the money back if I do.
