We ordered a bathroom counter top on My 5th and paid a 50% deposit. We have had to follow up all the time with them to ensure it was going to be done. On My 22nd when they promised installation no response from them. After 3 calls they said their saws had been broken. We have had to do all the leg work on it. We ended up asking for our money back and having to cancel the project as we are trying to sell the house and have no more time. It was a very bad experience.

I want to help you not make the same mistake I did by doing any business with legacy countertops!!! DONT DO BUSINESS with this company you will regret it. They ran out of clear sealant for the seams in the middle of the job so they finished it with brown, yea so I have two different colors. I have a big seam in the middle of my counter and it has popped up. The guy they sub contract to take out your cabinets to install your granite, which I was never told would be an additional cost, didn't finish the job and was an outrageo... read more

If I could leave no star, I would. This company was by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They installed my granite in my kitchen, and after inspecting the project, I noticed that in the sink area, it had been broken not in 1, not in 2 but in 4 places!!! They couldn't even manage to remove the glue they used on the underneath part of the granite. The company insisted that the granite had not been broken, but that what I was seeing were "fissures". After lots of research, I found that fissures are on the surface of t... read more

Don't trust them! Legacy installed countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms about 18 months ago. Looked great, but after a few months a crack developed on kitchen island. They sent a crew who repaired with epoxy and it looked OK. 4 months later the patch fell out, so I called asking for repair crew to return. I was told they are under new management and WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES from previous owners. I always thought that when you buy a business and their good name and reputation, you also buy their liabilities. They obvious... read more

Legacy Granite is excellent! They installed granite countertops in my kitchen and it looks better than I thought it would. The seams are blended very well and the look is superb, plus we received an excellent deal!

I would never use Legacy Granite again. They did a kitchen countertop for me this spring (4-11). There is a huge problem with the layout and installation. They put a huge seam right in the middle of the counter that is both uneven and mismatched in color. I have contaced them about it, hoping they would stand behind their work. They have told me that they did the best job they could with the granite I chose. They are not returning calls and stalling on any other solutions.
