Pre-ordered my sons underclassman photos and received an email that the photo was ready but it is watermarked and prompting me to purchase although I already paid prior to picture day. I have tried emailing and chatting with support and no one has been able to send me the digital download that I’ve already paid for and I cannot get a live person to assist further. THANK YOU FOR THE PHOTOS. My photographer was China, they did an amazing job on my photos. They were so patient when I asked for retakes. I struggle with photos and they kept retaking them until I was happy with the photos. SO HAPPY with the results. Thank you again 🩷🩷 I highly reccomed this studio !!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I have been trying to contact this studio to upgrade my session and actually pay them more and NO ONE is responding. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple phone numbers (including one the school shared with me), tried chat, etc. This is absolutely ridiculous! I agree with another review that if I could give zero stars I would at this point.
