So disappointed. This is the firat yr my kids school used this company. It's been constant hell getting the pictures we paid for. Communication sucks. When I finally got through to someone I told the. What I paid for gave them all the information and they atill sent me the wrong pictures. This has been on goin since Sept and here we are in Dec. If the school uses then I wont order pictures.

My son’s graduation print was lost in a move and I have been trying to get another print since the beginning of the year. I called customer service and I guess I got lucky because someone answered..that once. When I explained that I had sent out multiple emails about the subject but did not receive a response the woman replied, rudely replied, well I’m responding now! China is the best Photographer at Legacy Studios! She went above and beyond for my Daughter Senior pictures. If you book at Legacy ask for China to take your child pictures. She is very very Professional.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I have not received my children’s pictures. I ca not get ahold of a real person on the phone. The emails are all auto generated. I spent almost $100 and received NO PICTURES! And NO REFUND. It has been months.
