Worst customer service I have ever come across. The pre-recorded message on the phone line is a joke and very unhelpful. My child had his photos taken for his fall sport. He is a senior this year and the school puts banners up for those student athletes when these photos come in. His (and few other seniors) are missing! they were taken, but not in the album to view and purchase or for the school to put a banner up for them. My guy Conner really did well on my photos. You can tell he has a passion for photography and takes it seriously. Very nice dude as well.

They don’t specify the actually prices, they make you pay a “sitting fee” for a certain amount of pictures and don’t specify that you still have to pay WAY more after and their costumer service is wack too they have a robot instead of a real person like just terrible in general.
