My daughter pictures was registered under someone else name. I sent multiple emails never received any response! I can’t speak with anyone concerning this issue. I pay for the sitting, and my concerns are not addressed. I will not recommend this business.
Not a good company to deal with if I could give zero star I would since the picture day was October 8th they said they will be sending them out after 4 weeks the school also confirmed they have approved the pictures to be sent out, I haven’t yet received my daughter’s pictures, in fact I did see the link were I can see my daughter picture , the picture is just horrible, not well framed, wrong background , the photographer did not make her smile I’m so disappointed trying to call a all week no response sent them several email... read more
12/8/25: Still no resolution. Pictures have not been sent to my old address or my new one. I checked with the new home buyers. Unable to get any real person on the phone. Emails go unanswered. Live chat is a bot and says no representatives are available. Unable to get an answers for 3 months now! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I have not received my children’s pictures. I can not get ahold of a real person on the phone. The emails are all auto generated. I spent almost $100 and received NO PICTURES! And NO REFUND. It has been months... read more
