In general they are pretty goo. However recently I was charged a 20.00 fee for returned payment for insufficient funds because upon investigation they put through an auto payment at according to my bank at 9:15 in the morning and my auto deposit did not show up for a few minutes after that so thus the charge. The bank is partially responsible but be aware that if you do auto payment legacy will withdraw that amount as soon as banking opens on the due date.
