No issues with the company, Ryan is always willing to help anyway he can. We have received HOA violations and had taken care of them in a timely manner with no consequences. Common areas taken care of! Christmas lights always on point! Streets kept pretty clean! Homeowners grass well kept! No issues here! As a former HOA President, I want to share some insight that might help clarify the role of an HOA management company. Many of the negative reviews here seem to stem from misunderstanding what the management company actually does. Legacy Southwest has done an amazing job in our community. They really turned it around and improved it for the better , we now have social events, great landscaping and a clean neighborhood.
Legacy has managed my HOA in north fort worth for a number of years. They have always been fair and willing to help with issues. I understand the job is hard with little thanks.
Legacy Southwest is the property management company for my neighborhood. It has recently come to light that our property manager from Legacy has been convicted of theft of a large sum of money from a previous property he managed.
