Legacy Southwest HOA Management has made it crystal clear: they don’t deal with homeowners, they just push everything off to Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher. When I reached out directly for help resolving an issue, their agent Ryan Smith essentially told me to “pound sand” and deal with the law firm myself. No support, no effort, no accountability.
