I wanted to share my experience working with Lindsay (Legacy Southwest property management.) recently - she was super helpful and probably saved me $3-5K easily as she fought on my behalf. The builder had planned for a fence solution which was not right and they would not change it even tho the fence had not even been installed yet (new construction). This association, which was imposed on me by contract, does nothing and charges too much. I want to know what they're doing with my money; in my opinion, it's a rip-off.
