No number on building. Went in for an ultrasound sound visit went in where it says emergency not knowing if I was in the right building and that’s actually where I had to check in. Talked to the staff at the registration desk. Than I had to go to a door with a number the lady that helped was rude and pointed out I was 4 minutes late. I then had to walk to the end of the hall and sit in a waiting room. The whole check in process with lack of signage on the outside of the building is ridiculous.

My nurses in the ICU and ED were AMAZING, I also felt very confident in the initial care I received from Dr. Boher Clancy and Dr. Haugen. But overall it was a horrible experience because of Dr. Ozaki. The first time Dr. Ozaki came into my room in the ICU she told me the plan, an ultrasound, then immediately went and told my nurse she was ordering another CT scan with contrast. They wasted are time and did nothing. They did useless tests and then charged us for it.

Every single nurse was responsive and treated me like family. My surgeon, Dr. Havel, explained everything to me in great detail and emanated warmth and compassion. The same was true for the gynecologist I was treated by, Dr. Nguyen. I was seriously amazed at how much time these busy people were willing to graciously spend answering my questions and just being so kind and warm. I am so grateful that this where I ended up, couldn’t imagine getting better care!

I came here for back and rib pain that was pretty bad I left after 2 hours of being alone in a room waiting and crying from the pain I noticed if I’m alone because I’m 17 a lot of doctors are rude and disrespectful and of course they treated me badly and like I was some dumb teen I also came to get tested for anything and she laughed and scoffed when I said that’s all the testing I wanted because I wasn’t gonna wait another 3 hours in a room alone while listening to her and her co workers gossip about other patients as they ... read more
