Several years ago, an opportunity presented itself to move into the Legacy in Cheyenne. Imagine the surprise when several members of the medical community advised against such a move, although they would not give their reasons why. In spite of their comments, the move took place anyway and it was later learned this place has a poor reputation in this community.
