We had the elevators go out the other night in a storm that rolled through around 7pm. We had just returned and my mom was stuck needing to get upstairs. I was able to message Greg, who we met just about 2 weeks prior. He said he was headed to us right away and fixed the issue. This is the 3rd encounter we have had since we met him. Had a freezer not working. Surgery in 2 days and there was my new freezer after 1 day of reporting. So thankful for Rainy, Dana. Greg and Toby were incredibly friendly and helpful with this!! I'm so thankful!!
I love her. The roaches are bad and management won't respond to the request of the pest problems.
