Are you kidding...asking such a question, like ya'll care about the residents well being. A Senior Living place where it's supposed to make Senior Citizens live safely without worry.... due to the lack of support from The Owner and staff...NOT.....Are you kidding me..The News media...All Social media platforms....News papers and Every Advocate for Seniors need to pay a visit to Legacy Senior Living in Port Arthur Texas and give their opinion about it...Sounds like a good idea to me.
As family members of your residents, MAJOR is the need for lighting from the street throughout surrounding the blogs. Also, the need to install cameras outside & throughout the complex for the security of our Seniors/Elderly.
The pool stays closed most of the time, the neighbors have bedbugs, and the grass is only cut when it’s knee high. The premise needs to be hydro blasted and painted outside. There is only one maintenance person for the entire property. The landscaper does not pull the weeds. Several security lights are out.
Very nice. Very professional and courteous management.
