I have lived here for going on 2 years. Moved in a 2 bedroom on a special, at the end of 1st year they raised the rent $20 a month. Now at the end of the 2nd year they are raising it up $ $200 . Secure nice place to live but prices are high for seniors on fixed income. Some 2 bedrooms run $814 a month all bills paid. Otherwise I would rate this complex at least 4 stars.
