LEXI DELIVERED!!!!! This was such a great experience!!! I was able to make a same-day appointment through their online portal ($25 deposit which applies towards the cut) which was super convenient. I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for. I came here to get a haircut. I told the stylist I wanted it trimmed just a little bit under my shoulders. I don’t know if the stylist was new or just didn’t understand what I said but I ended up with an uneven bob. I left extremely unhappy. Was told I would be getting a phone call from the manager when she was back in the salon. Haven’t gotten one. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with how my hair turned out. Pictures are how my hair was when I came into the salon and how it looks after.
