I would give 0 stars if ai could. I am not a customer, nor will I ever be due to my experience with one of their drivers! Someone in a Legacy Roofing truck cut me off, and when I honked at him for his carelessness, he screamed obscenities at me and flipped me off. Do you seriously have no standards for your employees when they’re driving company cars???? Do better!

Can I give it 0 stars? BUYER BEWARE! I'm going to do everything in my power to make these guys lose more money than I have lost because of their negligence. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. Do your research and DON'T buy from these guys. They absolutely swindled me and now I'm on the hook for $50,000 dollars. I'll just tell you straight. Legacy Roofing was quick to schedule a visit to our home (less than 24 hours), and Jadin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kindly answered any questions I had. They'll be the first folks I call next time we have an issue.

I am giving this 1 star and this is being generous. In the end, my roof looks great. Everything in between the estimators and the roof completion was awful. What the estimators promise is not what happens. I had concern about my new gutters being damaged and they promised they would take what ever measures where necessary to protect them, they did not until I said something and then they put guards on that scratched them even more. In short, I do not recommend. Legacy Roofing was the most expensive quote we received, the only reason we chose them was for their warranty. Less than 1 month after having our entire TPO roof was replaced we experienced TWO brand new water leaks in our home. Each happened on the weekend so they did not come out to inspect until the following week. Both issues were what they consider a ‘Grey area’.
