The first time I stepped into the leasing office of Legacy Ridge 2 years ago, I knew when I met Assistant Manager Shawn and Marquis this would be where I call home. They were courteous, caring and compassionate with my need to move immediately. Not only is the leasing staff exceptional, the maintenance staff takes care of your request expeditiously. As a resident of this property for over 4 years. and management concern about security has been going downhill. Even though they claim that we have security, multiple cars were broken into last night, then the gates are now inoperable. This is a shame. Where's the security prevention?? Where is the notification that this type of activity happened?? You can email us for rent and ice cream socials.. but warnings or awareness emails are not existent? I was burglarized on Oct 10th and despite my outcries to management, nothing was done. It wasn't until my neighbor above me was burglarized 3 weeks later that they sent out letters informing the tenants on what to do to protect themselves of being burglarized. If anyone else knows of other victims, please let me know. I am pursuing legal action.

House was broken into. Same scenario as previous break-ins. Came through a back window/door took flat screens,computer, headphones, and work computers. Thieves even took the bed covers to hide the the 2 55 in tvs that were stolen. I just think it's incredible how this has been going on for so long and management has done nothing

I am usually satisfied with the service here but this weekend has been one long, hot nightmare. The power went out last night, it's finally back on. But the A/C, dryer, or stove won't work due to insufficient power. Now we have to wait until at least Monday for the correct part, to fix the issue. It's too hot for this!

I have been a resident at legacy Ridge Apartments for the past 6 years and Shawn is absolutely by far one of the most compassionate caring and helpful property managers that has ever been here and I've been here long enough to see at least 3 if this complex had more employees like him the residence would never want to leave.
