Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and really good food. The place is always super clean and full of smiling faces. Definitely recommend!
$7k to live in a building that is falling apart. No insulation on the 3rd floor, appliances, amenities etc are constantly broken. When you ask the higher ups to fix they are condescending and then ignore you like you’re the problem. ED doesn’t seem to be in the business of helping people. Food is terrible, and the tactics used by the sales person to get my sister in is sad.
I have business meetings at Legacy Reserve @ Fairview Park in Simpsonville. Each time I walk in the front door I’m greeted by lovely residents and staff. The entrance is always decorated beautifully and offers a warm, inviting welcome. As a local real estate professional, I often recommend this community to folks who prefer a convenient and comfortable lifestyle. Legacy Reserve is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and major thoroughfares. I love that one can visit, take a tour and chat with residents!
Having visited Legacy multiple times, I can confidently say that the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The variety of food and events they host each month is impressive and adds to the vibrant community atmosphere. It truly feels like a wonderful place to call home.
