Upon moving out the manager Jenn found out I was in the entertainment industry and made unprofessional, ***** remarks to me because I wasnt moving out fast enough. Then they claimed inaccurate damages even though I had picture proof to back my standing. They ended up charging me over $4000 for false damages. They did however settle for a slightly lower cost, but it was still inaccurate. Unprofessional, dishonest and always looking for their dollar to be made.

We are sorry you had a bad experience and apologize if any of our staff treated you poorly. You rented from Legacy from 2018 to 2019 and the manager you are referring to no longer works there. I did review your moveout charges and part of the balance you are referring to is 2.5 months' worth of rent that was never paid (June, July and August 2019). We wish you nothing but the best.
******* is just and unprofessional as they come and the owner is a felonious criminal with a very dishonest background . I have never done business with this company but I do investigate companies like this and let me warn you now. Stay away from Legacy Rentals LLC. Especially if you are in ***************** **. Renter Beware !!!
I looked up this company on this site to find out that the owner of the property is stuck in the 11 year past. Nobody cares about your personal problems, especially the people that pay you to live on your disgusting properties! Your company took over the property I live at 4 months ago and since then there have been 4 managers! Everything your people in that office have told us has not been done. This company is only out to get people's money. We moved into an apartment that was disgusting. Animal hair everywhere and matted into the carpets. One of the bed rooms wreaked of dog ****. Bathroom was disgusting as well. Anyways, we vacuumed, swept and cleaned everything every week and then did a deep clean as we were moving out. Leaving the place 100% better then when we moved in. Jennifer H**** (the manager/owner) has a criminal history of embezzlement. (*************************************************************************************************************************************************) Additionally, the agreement/contract between Legacy Rental Management and the property owner has legal holes, is inequitable and has inconsistencies.
