Terrible experience when I had needed intensive physical rehab the most
There is no words to express the eternal gratitude that I personally will have for Dr. M. Wilson, Jen(my P.T.) and the rest of the staff at R.I.O... the strength that the patients exhibited alongside myself changed my perspective on life itself and the way that I approached mine. A huge shout out to the life saving crew of Legacy Immanuel Hospital and staff for everything they did and continue to do.
I could have dealt with t huh e litany of complaints I have about this place and given it 4 stars after I got out of here. However, this is no longer the case after I literally had some PT guy named John roid-rage on me about 10 minutes ago and abandoned me during a session. This piece of work asked me if I was in pain. I suffered a spinal cord injury in 1983 at the age of 19. Fortunately for me, a classmate and lifelong friend suggested that I get into RIO, I am convinced that one decision is why I succeeded in life. Their tough, no B.S. approach was mentally and physically exhausting. At the time, I had a strong dislike for each therapist, giving them nick names.
