I worked with Rahul in an online setting. We talked over some of my medical/sports history, and he came up with a game plan in a super handy app that he provided. It had video clips and suggested reps, with an easy way to jot it down and calendar reminders. Rahul is amazing! He is not your average physical therapist. Rahul’s treatment and rehab plan is very individualized and specialized to his client. My guy Rahul has got you. He wants to fix you permanently and not just treat the symptoms. Super personable guy, and if you’re into any type of sport and dealing with an injury you need to come see him. Many times PTs have to live under what insurance says and handle multiple clients at once. Not him. He devotes sessions to you and only you. So happy to see him succeed - he deserves it!
I highly recommend Legacy Rehab and Performance if you are seeking physical therapy that is specialized to meet your individual needs particularly with pain management.
