We literally had the escrow from hell... our lender lost paperwork, reports, no communication and didnt close for 80 days! Kristen was there every step of the way. She got the lender what he lost, kept us all informed about what was going on, our next steps and even got us the names of the utilities for the home. She was professional and very friendly.
