It is been an unbelievable experience working with Legacy Reality & Management. The professionalism and dedication to both tenants and owners is phenomenal.
Legacy Realty and Management has been managing my property for over 10 years. During this time they have managed to keep a paying tenant in my property all but maybe 3 weeks during rehab. I’ve never had a problem with the rental payments being on time and most important they are always available if I have a question. If you’re looking for a property manager with integrity and someone’s who’s going to make sure your property maintained I would recommend you use Legacy Realty and Management.
I was in a bit of a jam with my rental property and Donnie at Legacy Realty came in quick, got everything up and ready to rent quick and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He stayed in touch along the way making good suggestions to help make the process better and smoother. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their home. They even know how to deal with the little nuances some of these towns and HOAs have that many other companies don't know.
I have been with Legacy Realty and Management for more than a year now and am very glad that my property is being handled by them. Donnie is very prompt in his response, easy to reach.
