I highly recommend Tim at Legacy Realty Group for all of your realtor needs. He gave us a lot of helpful pointers and when it came time to list our house he had an amazing photographer come and take unbelievably great photos. Once listed we had numerous showings scheduled and had 4 different offers in the first 2 days on the market! We got an accepted offer out of the 4 that came in and closed on schedule. Rae Ann Peters from Legacy Realty Group is amazing! She's very kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the realty world.
