Joe Lesak gives Realtors a bad reputation. I have yet to be paid on a lease I did with Lesak in October 2020. He is unresponsive as if he ignores me I will go away. My broker has even reached out to him and he provided them a wrong number to get in touch with his "accounting department" My next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Useless slumlords. Good luck getting anything fixed. They lost our payment and had the audacity to ask for late fees, thank god we had a receipt for payment. Now they’re giving us a headache while trying to move away because they don’t seem to know how email works. Stay far, far away.
