Mary Franklin at Legacy Realty is a top notch realtor! Very knowledgeable of the Okeechobee and Martin County real estate market. I've done business with her multiple times this year and it's been a great experience, every time. Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful time unless you have Mary as your realtor.

I purchased a home that Legacy Real Estate was the listing brokerage. We had some hiccups but they were satisfactorily resolved.

I purchased a home that Legacy Real Estate was the listing brokerage. The listing agent did not insure the seller fixed items that were in our contract before day of closing. During our walk through on the day of closing, it was agreed upon to put money in escrow to fix the issue. The listing agent has had two weeks to return my calls, my realtor’s calls, and emails. Best experience ever! Within days of putting my property for sale, I had a contract. They were on top of everything and made the entire process so seamless.
