Absolutely avoid at all costs. We hired DeLaura and her team in May to sell our home. She had sold it before and we felt like we were in good hands since she has a known brokerage. Well, we were not. Her team was extremely unresponsive. They’d take sometimes days to respond to simple questions or I had to follow up over and over. We had to ask multiple times for feedback on showings and they would just not respond to us at all. I never leave these public reviews, but DeLaura has earned it. My wife I are so grateful for her and her team’s hard work. DeLaura came HIGHLY recommended to us, yet still managed to exceed our expectations. We’ve only had one other experience selling a home, and wish it had been like this one.
