Property in general is in terrible condition to be a 6 year old Property. They advertise over 55 Property but allow all ages to move in. There are major safety concerns for it to be a “Senior” Property. carpets, stairways, elevators need major cleaning. Residents do not pick up after their pets nor do they have them on leashes, which causes a big problem. I moved in last week and initially had a few issues with the toilets, garbage disposal, lighting, and sink. This morning, the maintenance team took care of everything, and I’m very grateful for how quickly they responded. The office staff was also on top of the maintenance requests and made sure everything was handled promptly. I truly appreciate the great customer service and quick response!
