My Refrigerator would not stop running, Maintenance removed old Refrigerator and replaced with a new one. I was not home at the time, they transfered everything out of old Refrigerator into the new Refrigerator just like it was it was a perfect job done, thank you guys you're the best.
Abraham at Legacy Ranch is the best. He is personable and patient with me. Always kind and informative. Assist me when necessary and respinds quickly to any concerns I may have. This man knows his job. Customer service skills are also appreciated.
Love this place! It is a safe apartment, with new amenities and great views. What is even better is the staff is so friendly! Abraham at the front desk is always so kind and helpful when ever I have a question or need help. So manytimes he has gone above and beyond to help me. Maintenance always fixes things in a timely fashion also.
This is Legacy Ranch on Tuesday, January 11th — THREE DAYS after it snowed — and the property is still covered in solid ice. This is primarily a SENIOR COMMUNITY, yet entryways, wheelchair ramps, sidewalks, and mailboxes have NOT been cleared. Many senior residents cannot leave their homes at all because it is too slippery and dangerous. This is not an inconvenience — this is a serious safety hazard.
