The maintenance guys are the best and unsung heroes of apartment living. Always prompt when I need them, I know I can always count on my issues getting fixed. Unlike my last apartment, I never have to beg to have stuff fixed.
I had a horrible experience renting a house in Bismarck, ND around May in 2024. Legacy property solutions never gave me back my deposit. I had leaks that never got fixed. My a/c was down for two months and all they did was lend me a window portable unit that was so loud I couldn’t get much sleep. I called multiple times and left messages about my deposit without a reply.
Since they acqired Area 57 nothing but unanswered maintenance requests, poor building upkeep and raised rent.
Really appreciative of the professionalism of this company! I was kept in the loop and constantly given updates of my application process. It’s been a pleasure
