We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment “ unit “for 2years and we’ve only had bad experiences we had a major mice problem and we had let them know multiple times and they never fixed it we have moved out and still haven’t fixed the rodent problem and we had a family members dog in the front yard and they got mad about us have a dog in the front yard and was more urgent to do something about that than the rodent problem that has been going on since we moved in I will never recommend renting from them to anyone!
The best decision I have ever made with my real estate investments is using Tina and her team to manage my properties. They have been managing my properties for 4 years now and they have it running so smooth. I wish I had done it years before. The peace of mind that comes from not having to worry about receiving phone calls, chasing rents or monitoring the properties is worth much more than the management fee. Marshal, the owner( sorry if I spell your name wrong) who is a very nice, reasonable gentleman showed great respect to us when we had some problems. The reason why I still have to give a low rating is because some of the employees did not apologize us after report lack of information to their boss that made us look like we are bad tenants. I regret ever dealing with this property management company. They completely ignored our needs and concerns, leaving us feeling undervalued as tenants. On top of that, they unfairly charged us fees and seemed more interested in taking our money than providing proper service.
