If you rent from them just be aware they will take your entire deposit and attempt to charge even more. They'll claim on this and other reviews that it was justified because of "pictures". This isn't just upset bad tenants leaving these reviews. I've rented for 16 years and never once lost a deposit until now. Among many of the other complaints this rental property has unfortunately I was in a time of need and really needed a place asap. I took pictures of all the damages and stains when I first received my keys, we cleaned up the place upon our move out. I am in no way saying this place was in perfect condition when we moved out the blinds were cheap and with 4 small children some of them were broken no problem I knew they’d need to fix that, along with a new paint job etc. But in no way were there any damages or expenses that ne... read more
Tried scamming me into paying extra after taking my security deposit, tried funding upgrades on my dime. Had to threaten to sue to get them to drop the extra charges. Also told me I was supposed to get rid of my dog if I wanted to stay with them after paying extra for years with a pet fee. Dishonest.
We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment “ unit “for 2years and we’ve only had bad experiences we had a major mice problem and we had let them know multiple times and they never fixed it we have moved out and still haven’t fixed the rodent problem and we had a family members dog in the front yard and they got mad about us have a dog in the front yard and was more urgent to do something about that than the rodent problem that has been going on since we moved in I will never recommend renting from them to anyone!
