I had a good experience. I once called for maintenance (a problem with the toilet) and I had a very efficient support.
I'm a tenant. When I started renting the current house, their service was not the best, but they improved it substantially. Whenever I had problems such as AC didn't work, the boiler stopped working, and reached out to them, they were very responsive and fixed the problems quickly. I'm a happy customer at this point.
