If I could give them a 10 star rating I would for sure. We have worked together on many properties together and I must say what an outstanding job they do. Rebecca and Jessica do such an amazing job with the properties they manage. You both are amazing!!
Jess is so professional, has excellent customer service, and is so knowledgeable in property management and everything that comes with it. If she doesn't know the answer, she is not afraid to ask questions, do research, and find out. I really appreciate that! I appreciate her!
We worked with Rebecca for the almost three years we rented our house out. She was amazing, great response time and always there to answer any questions. I live states away and never once thought that my property was in any danger of anything. Highly recommend this company and especially Rebecca!
Rental house was nice to an extent. Stairs were broken in the garage, there were no blinds on our sliding door in the back yard, little holes and paint correction needed everywhere. As far as maintenance, you're better off fixing it yourself. Our fridge went out and it took 3 weeks for maintenance to even look at it. The dishwasher went and that took another month.
