Says something about a company when the owner cant even get a phone call returned. Hired them with the expectation to get utilities put in tenants names. At the time they assured me this wouldnt be a problem. One year later after multiple missed e-mails, unresponded phone calls , utilities are still not in the tenants name. Currently seeking litigation against this company.
This company is very greedy they bought the trailer park I live in and within 3 months raised the rent 58 percent that's ridiculous I'm going to b looking for a different lot to put my trailer house on for sure rent went from 400 to 625 they say they will plow the roads now but I haven't seen it yet
