I want to caution my community about my experience with a rental company. I rented from them, and they attempted to withhold over $800 of my deposit, claiming I left the house in poor condition, requiring extensive cleaning. This went on for weeks until I filed a claim in small claims court, which prompted a change in their attorney's position.
