Be Very Careful! I am sure the rest of the agents are very professional but would recommend not doing business with Alexa Ostreicher. Very unethical. Had a verbal agreement (and signed) to purchase a property that had been on the market for many months. Coincidentally, the seller (Alexas client) had a counter offer a few hours later that they took! I have worked with Jessica Heagle on two home purchases. Jessica has been PHENOMENAL both times. Timely communication, clear understanding of local and state laws/regulations, and impressive agility while navigating a fast-moving real estate market.
