I own a two bedroom townhome in Denver. Devin agreed to be my property manager after two prior property managers quit because of very difficult tenants. Devin assumed control and helped me keep my sanity when the tenants were harassing me. His knowledge of tenant law is good and his service is outstanding. I recommend him very highly.
