My final two months in this Seven Springs Golf & Country Club rental were extremely disappointing. A major roof leak caused water to literally pour into the primary bedroom—it would “rain” inside whenever it rained outside. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Legacy Properties. Upon move-out, they charged outrageously high fees and deducted excessive amounts from my security deposit for so-called “cleaning” and “repairs.” They provided no proof of these alleged damages — no photos, receipts, or itemized breakdown of materials or labor costs to justify the deductions. Maybe you need to do an audit as you have people paying the low rent and they are not even on the lease. And living here off of their parent’s lease. It is time that we all pay the same except those that are legally on the low rent.

Maybe you need to do an audit as you have people paying the low rent and they are not even on the lease. And living here off of their parent’s lease. It is time that we all pay the same except those that are legally on the low rent. The Goeller's are living here on their mother’s lease their mother is in a nursing home and they are living on her low rent. Their mother will never be allowed to come home as they do not want to take care of her.
