We dealt with Legacy Properties, specifically Chandre Valdes, after a unit they managed leaked and flooded our home. While this wasn’t the first incident, what escalated the situation was not the leak itself—it was the response. My final two months in this Seven Springs Golf & Country Club rental were extremely disappointing. A major roof leak caused water to literally pour into the primary bedroom—it would “rain” inside whenever it rained outside. I worried about mold since this was also an older unit and repeatedly notified management with videos and photos, but no repairs were made during my tenancy. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Legacy Properties. Upon move-out, they charged outrageously high fees and deducted excessive amounts from my security deposit for so-called “cleaning” and “repairs.” They provided no proof of these alleged damages — no photos, receipts, or itemized breakdown of materials or labor costs to justify the deductions.
