I can truly say Joseph takes pride in the satisfaction of the homeowner being completely comfortable and happy with their purchase. I'm blessed to have selected Mr. Joseph Childers as my realtor. It was never just another home sold with him . Sad to see him leave Legacy .
I was here for closing on my mortgage refi. Legacy was contracted by the TIMIOS company to complete the paperwork. It was a disaster from the beginning. The agent didn't make the appt. even though he knew about it for several days. He then couldn't print the required paperwork. We rescheduled for the next day. I had to wait while he printed the contracts then found out I would not be given a copy of what I signed. 9:30 pm I walked out of the closing.
