We are currently renting from Legacy now, they are quick with maintenance issues and have an easily accessible app. I would rent from them again!
They used to do our HOA and when they did not anymore I assume they've gone out of business. They did our HOA for a few years and they were the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Thank God we got rid of them, they did nothing! Understandable when you know the background. it's not a daddy bought me a business but I'm pretty sure it's a hubby bought me a business.
