Moved out a little over a month ago and everything everyone says about this company and the security deposits is true. We cleaned our place and I will admit it was not spotless but we did an inspection. After we had moved across the country they gave us the receipts that they charged $540 for carpet cleaning(that was high but fine) and then $850 for “14 hours” of cleaning. It was an 1800 sq ft town house, when I asked about it I was told it was for pet hair they didn’t see on the inspection, which is BS because most of the p... read more
