Found a lovely house for a decent price managed by them on Zillow. Paid the application fee and was excited to hear back. Chasity, the agent for that particular property, told me she would keep me updated because the house had a lot of interest. Turns out Chasity posted pictures of the wrong property under the ad. The real property was completely different- no updated features, different sizing, dingy, dark.
