My family hired this company through a rental property and they are absolutely useless. The pool was supposed to be usable and clean on move in, but was and still is in horrible condition. We took bids from multiple builders. Pat from legacy was the best builder we talked to. No nonsense, straight forward, answered all our questions and explained everything. The pricing was competitive with no upcharges. Everything we thought we wanted was included in the initial bid and he even talked us out of buying equipment that was more than we needed. Pat stayed on top of everything. There was no stress no drama and in spite of weather delays he got the pool done in 40 days.
