Trash. Poor quality, rude people and extreeeemely overpriced! You'd be happier with a kiddie pool.
Their work is beautiful! They are there for you every step of the way. Explain every process. They can work within your budget also. It's been 3 years and everything is still perfect. Any warranty issues they come right out. They were transparent about everything. They treated us like family.
We built our pool about three years ago. Crystal produced a design that we fell in love with. She did a great job! It went downhill from there. I caught two mistakes as Steve was drawing out the pool in the yard that could have been disastrous. Still the pool isn't at the right elevation. Our "tanning ledge" that was supposed to be able to have a lounger on it is about a foot too deep. The pool overall ended up deeper than it should be in all places.
