This is a horrible company. We signed a contract for a new pool 16 months ago. They have made promise after promise but never follow through. When we are able to get in touch with someone the answers are always they don’t know. We have been left with a mud pit in our pack yard for one year.
Not sure from day to day if they are still in business. Dig date was January, 2021. Incompetence with the permit process that took 3 mos. before that. No response to multiple texts, calls and emails. They pop in periodically and disappear. They promised better communication and nothing happens. Big mistake selecting them. The positive reviews are suspicious and likely not authentic. Worst experience with a contractor in 40 years of my adult life.
** They have officially filed for bankruptcy* DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! we’ve been waiting TWO YEARS for the pool to be done and they always come with diarrhea out of their mouth. They don’t pay their subcontractors so they keep leaving. No subcontractor company runs to this company because they’re known for not paying their employees ( I’ve heard it coming from them with my own ears). We signed a contract in late 2020. We chose Legacy because the design team was great and responded quickly, and we love supporting a smaller company. After conversations with them we were expecting it to take 6 to 8 months. Guess we should have gone with one of the other pool companies we had spoke with because those companies were able to build multiple pools in our neighborhood and complete them in less than a year while our pool is still not completed two years later. We contacted 8 companies to quote our new pool and Legacy was the first to respond. They initially hosted an online virtual design consultation using Zoom, which looking back was hands down the best approach. Looking back on the design process and comparing the different approaches, Legacy was the clear winner for us.
