0 stars I would not recommend this HOA service for these cheaply built houses. As well as solicited money to perform no services or uphold their parts of agreements. I would not ever recommend living in a DR Horton house. As well as they allow these companies to come in and purchase houses within their subdivisions and get mad at the renters for doing things that they don’t allow in the HOA association, but the people living in the houses do not have a contract with HOA their contract is with the renting companies, which cau... read more
Horrible neighborhood! Hoa not worth it or the hassle! Renters are treated like trash. Homeowners feel as if they are above everyone! So much money collected in hoa but haven’t did one real event! Pool always broke! Dont get behind on Hoa fees they definitely will call you out in a neighborhood group chat on fb! Hoa president wife’s bakes from home with signs in her yard advertising but if you own a business advertising your company she takes pictures of yours and report it.
