I signed my lease renewal in august, and was overcharged $300/mo for august and September, and then October. Finally after weeks, actually months of emailing, calling, even going to office- today, they finally applied the credit. Now they are refusing my payment on their website stating I have had multiple nsf transactions. This is very false- didn’t happen. My buddy's and I app was denied by an unknown person at Legacy, in spite of a credit score of 806, zero debt, $4000 guaranteed income and PLENTY of cash in the bank!! When I went there to get an obvious mistake corrected, the leasing mgr was of zero help and her answer was to get her maintenance guy's to act as security to escort me off the property. If they had questions/concerns regarding the app, they could've simply called. Not impressed with Legacy Pointe mgmt!!!
We were previous tenants in 2020, we have since moved and now need Legacy as a rental verification to be approved for our new house! We have been trying to contact them for a week, even found corporates number and it's all directed towards a call center, where they will prompt you to email. Email. Email. Email. We have done so for a week, our jobs are on the line, and so is our housing. This is crazy, and all we needed was a simple verification that we were previous tenants. NOTE PLEASE BEFORE SIGNING : they will charge you for carpet cleaning whether you clean it or not (it's in the lease) and if you want to clean it yourself you have to hire industrial cleaners AND have it a approved by the leasing office. UNIT 1714 is messed up and they fixed next to nothing the entire time we lived there!! Below is my review when I first posted. Photo I posted is AFTER they "fixed" it 2 weeks after. HATE IT! Problems, excuses, issues! Up a level-Willmark won't do anything to help. HUGE turnover rates in staff & awful CS. Grounds look awful, removing more grass, landscape isn't cared for, pool falling apart, hot tub green/smells awful, gym has broken equipment and staff watches you workout, Mail theft-no mailboxes for 3 weeks, and rent $200+ increase in 1 year! Shut down large portions of the property with less than 24-hour notice and some didn't get notice at all to fix the road and started towing residents vehicles. Pe... read more
