My recent experience with Legacy Plumbing exceeded all my expectations. Office people were great and worked me in right away. Jose Cuellar came out and promptly diagnosed the problem with the plumbing in my bathroom. He was efficient, very personable, courteous and professional. Love these guys!! (and gals) . Mike and Shelby came a day before they were even scheduled, because they had a job end early(how awesome). Fixed my plumbing issue EXACTLY as promised on the phone and the exact same cost as I was quoted (when has this ever happened?!). Was working from home, and on several conference calls. They were really quiet and worked quickly, got it done before I knew it. Legacy also replaced my hot water heater some time back, and did a stellar job then too! Trust them..

Legacy Plumbing is the only plumbing company I feel comfortable recommending to friends and neighbors. Enoch installed two new water heaters in our attic and a PRV in the front yard. He went above and beyond at every turn. He carefully disassembled/reassembled a builtin wooden closet shelf that was blocking the path with such precision that you can't even tell he did so. I want Mike Collard to handle all of my plumbing needs! He quickly realized my washing machine issue was due to the design of the machine. His experience allowed him to see this on other machines. He ran a cycle to verify but did not try to charge or indicate any repair was necessary. Very honest! Also, my son-in-law had just installed my new garbage disposal - resulting in leaks when using the dishwasher. We called Legacy Plumbing after noticing a pretty bad sink leak under our kitchen sink. Mike Collard came out and was very helpful and honest, recommending that we just buy a new sink instead of paying the money for a repair that might not take due to our original sink's poor quality. He was kind enough wait for me to run to the store and buy a new sink, which he then installed. 10/10 would use Legacy and specifically Mike for any future plumbing needs.
