I have been a resident here for 12 years and not one update has been made despite my numerous request. My patio door, bedroom closet doors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen floors, all appliances, all windows, blinds, bathroom tile, fixtures need to be repaired or replaced and it needs to be painted!! They only have one maintenance guy (Fred) that does the best he can to keep the complex together. The property manager (Sherry) makes so many promises and has not kept one! The complex is clean and I love the peaceful environment . Also, the patios and balconies face a lush courtyard instead of the street, which allows for more privacy.
My sister has been staying at this place for years paying her rent on time. Her furnace went out and they took over a week to fix it. Mgt did not have any time line for the fix and when you call corporate for answers all you get is an answering machine. Just saying for this place to be this big and have a on time paying tenant waiting over a week without a furnace is unacceptable.
I love it here. Very quiet. The only con is the trash part. Otherwise nice place to live
