Legacy Place is a Great Place to call home! My Condo is Very well kept, clean foyer clean garage just Perfect! Management is very Professional and Kind! Cheri is such a kind and caring person genuinely. She and Fred are Point on! I love these spacious and maintained condos!
Office staff very nice
I have been a resident here for 12 years and not one update has been made despite my numerous request. My patio door, bedroom closet doors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen floors, all appliances, all windows, blinds, bathroom tile, fixtures need to be repaired or replaced and it needs to be painted!! They only have one maintenance guy (Fred) that does the best he can to keep the complex together. The property manager (Sherry) makes so many promises and has not kept one! The complex is clean and I love the peaceful environment . Also, the patios and balconies face a lush courtyard instead of the street, which allows for more privacy.
