After they switched to cape fear they went downhill majorly. They NEVER answer their phones anymore. I have called multiple times to try to make appointments for my kids and no one ever cares to take my call. My kids were also not even in their system anymore when I did finally get ahold of someone, which resulted in another hold time. Today I waited on hold for an hour and a half before I gave up and had to take my kid to an urgent care instead of seeing their primary care for an ear infection. Friendly environment, excellent staff. Always very welcoming when we enter the place.
All I can say is that this place is amazing. I first encountered them when my daughter was going through a dental emergency and even though she was not a patient at the time they fit her in immediately and took care of her. Dr. Stokes and her staff deserves to be honored for what they do for our children and the care and attention that they give. I highly recommend everyone to take their child to Highland Pediatric Dental.

Please update your appt email reminders. Every time my daughter has an appointment I receive multiple emails. This time I was emailed appt reminder for July 31st at 10AM. Another email a few mins later said Aug 8 at 11AM. When I called this morning the actual appointment was at 9. This is confusing and I missed my daughter's last appt for this same exact reason . Thank God an afternoon appt cancelled and they got her in that same day.....Please look into this. Thanks!
Very patient and friendly. My son has been going to Highland since he was 5 years old. He will be 19 this month. And has never complained once.
Everyone in office really cares how you are doing and treats you very well.
